The Khantender Optimo is loaded with crimp from head to toe. He has crimp between his ears, on his tail, neck, and even down to his knees on all legs, where the quality of the fleece only then begins to wane. He has a bright and shiny fleece that will light a twinkle in your eye. The density of his fleece is hard to come by. He is a cross between the lines of Caligula and Shere Khan. His dam is a half sibling to Simba of A.L.Pacas. Great sires in his background such as: Caligula, Vengador, El Senor, Allin Capac, Oro, & The Aga Khan! The Aga Khan represents the concentrated genetics of the truly legendary Shere Khan through two American male offspring - Vengador and Allin Capac 6004. We eagerly await the developement of this young male. Some comments about Khantender attributed to Jude Anderson, Judge at PAOBA 2006..."excellent package of fineness and correctness coupled with conformation"...."well covered"..."dense from head to toe".. Its no accident that we see this quality, as Khantender's attributes most closely resemble the traits of his sire, The Aga Khan, an 11 Time Color Champion, with nearly unparalled qualities of fineness, density, consistency, and conformation. Khantender has a medium brown spot on the left side of his blanket, just under 3 inches in diameter, which we refer to as his little 'humble spot'. Therefore, Khantender has the excellent possibility of throwing high quality colored offspring, although keeping him from winning higher achievements in the showring in a white class, because from the AOBA judging perspective, he does not possess color uniformity. See A.L.Paca's for more information on The Aga Khan and Simba. We are looking for special partners to share half interest in this male, who may be breeding by late 2007. UPDATE: Khantender has confirmed pregnancies in Fall of 2007!!
